Rimmi baked a cake for my sisters 40th, she had the most unique idea of a glitter sparkle cake, it was not only GLAM but also D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!! She mentioned she used Swiss Meringue as the cream instead of a regular buttercream or fondant and oh my goodness the taste was mind blowing. I am absolutely going to order another cake from her. She is so pleasant to work with. Great job!!!

I wish I had a pic of the cake! Decadent chocolate and so moist, the kicker was the topping, detailing and custom design - Chanel symbol and a Chanel heel as a topper, without using any fondant!! I hate fondant on cakes so I was super surprised it held together while it was transported to the club for my friend’s 40th bday. Highly recommend! My husband and I have ordered cakes from many popular bakeries in NYC for our family celebrations and definitely plan on switching!

I was absolutely blown away by this incredible 3D Pokémon Charizard cake! The attention to detail was unreal—the colors, textures, and design were spot on, making it almost too beautiful to cut into. But once we did, the taste was even more impressive! The cake was moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, with every bite better than the last.
